How to Enroll
Let's get started. If have been working for American Ambulance longer than 6 months, and work more than 20 hours per week, you are eligible to participate in the 401(k).

To enroll, go to Fidelity NetBenefits® at https://www.401k.com.
Next, set up your password. If you are already a Fidelity customer, you can use your existing password. Please note you will be prompted to enter your email address. Finally, click on the link to enroll.
