WW, Weight Watchers Reimagined, offers a scientifically proven program for weight loss and wellness, with Digital, Studio and Personal coaching solutions to help meet your goals. When it comes to losing weight, everyone’s needs are different. What works well for your sister, coworker, or best friend may not work as well for you. WW uses a personal assessment to create a personalized SmartPoints Budget for you based on age, weight, height, and sex. Your assessment will match you with a unique plan to experience the WW journey. All plans are equally flexible, simple, and effective when it comes to losing weight - they just help you get there in different ways. No matter what your goal is—to lose weight, eat healthier, move more, develop a more positive mindset, or all of the above—WW will bring you science-based solutions that fit into your life.
American Ambulance has partnered with WW to bring you discounted rates on WW membership plans for full-time eligible employees. To kick off this new benefit and your own personal journey to a healthier YOU, we're offering your first two months free (through reimbursement) and continued reimbursement if you meet minimum participation requirements. With a Digital membership, you will experience the program entirely online and through the WW app. It also includes:

Digital + Workshops
$20.00 a month
WW Wellness Workshops are at the core of the WW program. You will have access to weekly Workshops at locations throughout the area, led by a trained Coach who has been successful on the program. You will get confidential wellness check-ins combined with confidence-boosting support from your peers and coworkers. Every Workshops membership includes access to the WW app to help you stay on track between Workshops.
If we have enough interest, we may be able to host our own workshop meetings at a company facility.
Digital + Workshop memberships are $20/month for employees, $40 for spouse

How do I get my membership costs reimbursed?
This benefit is for full-time employees and is available for you and your spouse. It will be set up in a similar fashion to our gym membership benefit.
To kick off this awesome new benefit and help you start the journey to a healthier YOU, the first 2 months of your membership will be reimbursed in full (employees only), regardless of your level of participation with the program or your number of "Wins". Simply follow the reimbursement instructions below to receive your reimbursement.
Beyond the first 2 months, we will continue to reimburse you for your portion of your membership when you meet the minimum participation requirements. If your spouse is also participating and meeting minimum participation requirements, we will reimburse you for ½ of the spouse membership cost. The reimbursement is to you, not Weight Watchers. You will be responsible for your monthly dues to Weight Watchers.

How do the reimbursements work?
To encourage you to get started on the journey to a healthier you, we will reimburse the first 2 months of your membership costs, regardless of your level of participation with the program.

In order for you to be reimbursed for your membership costs, you must submit a screenshot of your Wins to by the 10th of each month.
What are the minimum participation requirements to receive reimbursement?
In order to receive full reimbursement of your portion of the membership costs, you must earn at least 150 "Wins" per month, then submit a screenshot of your wins to by the 10th of the month.
"Wins" are in indicator of your overall engagement with the myWW program, and your "Wins" can be found in the myWW App.
What are Wellness Wins and where do I find mine?
"Wins" are in indicator of your overall engagement with the myWW program. The number on the scale is only one indicator of overall health; wellness is about building habits that last a lifetime. So now, myWW uses "Wins" to recognize and reward you for the healthy behaviors you do each day - like tracking your meals, activity, and weight. As you earn more and more Wins, you'll unlock higher tiers of rewards through the program.

If I register for WW, will my membership and weight information be kept confidential?
Yes, it will. Although your employer will receive information about the total membership's weight loss, it will not receive any individual or personally identifiable information.
Can my spouse participate?
Yes. Spouses and domestic partners may join at the rate of $18.00 per month for Digital or $40 per month for the Digital + Workshops. See section above. If your spouse is also participating and meeting minimum participation requirements, we will reimburse you for ½ of the spouse membership cost.
If I’m a current WW member can I receive the special pricing?
Of course! There’s an option to link your current account through your company’s registration process.
